International Work
A culinary journey
sharing Turkish cuisine with the world.
A culinary journey representing the deep heritage, rich ingredients and dining culture of Turkish cuisine in more than 20 countries.
Culinary experience in 20+ countries
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to represent the deep heritage, rich ingredients and dining culture of Turkish cuisine in more than 20 countries. From international competitions and culinary festivals to special invitations and cultural events, this journey has brought the flavours of Anatolia together with kitchens around the world.

One of the defining moments of my international career was winning a gold medal in pastry at the World Cooks Contest held in London in 1996. This achievement marked one of the beginnings of my journey to represent Turkish cuisine more strongly across different regions.
Across projects stretching from the United Kingdom to India, Singapore to Canada, and the United States to Italy, I shared traditional Turkish dishes, Anatolia’s local ingredients and the stories carried by our culinary culture with the international gastronomic community.
Every country, event and culinary encounter offered a new experience. As I brought our traditional recipes together with different tastes, my aim was to show that Turkish cuisine represents far more than food: it carries a culture of sharing, hospitality and a powerful collective memory.
Throughout these projects, I have taken on different roles as a competitor, judge, guest chef, educator and representative of Turkish cuisine. Today, I continue to bring this international experience into my education, consulting and culinary projects, contributing to the ongoing journey of Turkish cuisine around the world.
“When we represent Turkish cuisine around the world, we bring more than our food to the table; we also share our culture, hospitality and the stories of Anatolia.”
